Artwork Guidelines

The quality of your imprinted message begins with your artwork. All orders requiring production should be forwarded as black and white line artwork. This is recommended for the following:

• Pad Printing
• Screen Printing
• Laser Engraving
• Decal
• Foil Printing
• Plastisol Transfer

Digitally produced art, (VECTOR ART), provides the cleanest and sharpest imprint. VECTOR ART is the result from drawing software such as CorelDraw or Adobe Illustrator.

VECTOR ART can be easily colour modified and sized without affecting the quality of the resolution.

PRIOR to emailing the artwork it should converted to OUTLINES or CURVES. This will result in the fonts being saved as VECTOR ART and stop distortion of the font at branding.

NO ARTWORK....ARTWORK IN THE WRONG FORMAT

Imprint Promotional Merchandise has affiliations with Graphic Designers that will be able to assist you create your own brand.

If the Artwork provided is not adequate you will be advised prior to production and an Artwork rework charge will be advised.

Please note that business cards and letterheads, even if scanned and saved as VECTOR ART, will not be adequate and will require reworking.

When forwarding your artwork it is important to forward a hard copy of the design to be created.

PMS COLOURS

Pantone Matching System is a universally recognised colour matching system for spot or solid colours. Should your design require specific PMS colours this should be advised with the Art Work.

It is important to note that with printing on some items exact PMS matching cannot be guaranteed. You will be advised of this at the time of quotation.
