While Imprint Promotional Merchandise ensures the optimal performance of the site, you agree that you use this site at your own risk. You acknowledge that Imprint Promotional Merchandise is not liable for any delays, inaccuracies, failures, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, viruses, communication line failure or damage to your computer system or network.
Termination
Imprint Promotional Merchandise reserves the right to immediately terminate your use of, or access to, this site at any time, if Imprint Promotional Merchandise decides at its sole discretion that you have breached this agreement or any relevant rule or regulation or you have engaged in conduct that Imprint Promotional Merchandise considers to be inappropriate or unacceptable.
Refund Policy
Imprint Promotional Merchandise offers a money back guarantee on all unprinted items if they are returned within 21 days of purchase. We require that the item be returned in original condition with all certificates and receipts originally accompanying the product.
Printed items will only be refunded if the do not meet the work authorised or they are faulty.
To return a product please contact Imprint Promotional Merchandise via Telephone 1300 738 769 or by our Contact form.
Please be certain to carefully package up any goods sent back to us in the post and include a note explaining the reasons for your return.
Refunds are issued by way of cheque, eftpos refund or credit voucher to the value of the refund. Please note Imprint Promotional Merchandise reserves the right to repair damaged goods prior to offering any refund.
Sample Policy
We happily provide samples to our customers, Samples are provided at the 100 unit price plus freight charges.
This charge is refunded on the return of the goods, in good order, within 21 days, (unless other wise agreed).

Shipping Details
Imprint Promotional Merchandise will deliver items by way of couriers or Australia Post. We require a street address for all deliveries as we cannot deliver items to a PO Box.
Allow 21 working days for any deliveries within Australia. Though delivery times will vary depending on the product and its source. A delivery estimation will be made at time of order / quotation.
